Here is every pick at about 10×12, or 10×13 where the brand doesn’t make a 10×12. The canopy costs a few hundred dollars, cedar and the cheaper louvered roofs sit between about $1,100 and $2,000, the Mirador about $3,000, and the motorized PergoLux about $7,000.

Buy the Sarasota for the five years and a store you can walk into; buy aluminum if weight or rust bothers you more.

You can return it after it’s installed under its 100-day trial, though returns cost $1,000 in shipping, a $500 restocking fee and a 10% cancellation fee.

On a motorized roof the number that matters is the two years on the motor and moving parts, not the ten on the frame.
