EROMMY Louvered Pergola with Adjustable Rainproof Roof
$1,199.99 in this size
Aluminum | Manual louvers | 12×12 ft
A 12×12 pergola is a louvered purchase: four of the seven kits sold at this size have a roof that opens and closes, all of them hand-cranked. None is motorized. If you want a motor at a square footprint, the nearest kits are 13×13 from PergoLux, Hansø and BON, and they cost more than anything on this page.
Square footprints suit a patio that sits off a corner of the house, where a long rectangle would stick out. At 144 square feet a 12×12 takes a round six-seat table or a four-piece lounge set with room to walk around it.

Brand list prices, before tax, delivery and installation. Brands often run promotions, so check the live price before you order. Per-square-foot is the kit price divided by 144. The Modena’s published footprint is 11′8″ square.
The Beaumont is the kit to buy if you want a wood pergola and nothing else on this page tempts you: cedar, a five-year warranty and concrete anchors in the box, at the lowest price here. Skip it if you want shade you can adjust; its roof is fixed slats.
The Erommy louvered kit is the cheapest closing roof and comes with side curtains and mesh, which every other louvered brand here sells separately. The catch is a one-year warranty that excludes weather damage. The Mirador Infinite and the Yardistry Louver Room both give you double-layer louvers and a longer term for roughly twice the money. Between those two, Mirador includes the anchors and Yardistry charges to fit them.
The motorized brands build on a 10 and 13 foot module, not 12. PergoLux, Hansø and BON all sell a 13×13; Erommy’s electric kit jumps from 10×13 to 12×16. A foot each way is not much on paper, but a 13×13 needs a 13-foot clear patio and the BON runs to 13′1″ once you read the exact figure.
If the site is fixed at twelve feet, take a manual louvered kit from this page; the best louvered pergola brands guide ranks the makers. If the site can take thirteen, the motorized page lists every option and the price step is large.
Yardistry’s 12×12 is the only non-cedar wood kit on the site, and its lumber carries a five-year rot warranty on top of one year for the rest. It costs more than the Beaumont and includes less: assembly, staining and anchoring are all paid add-ons. Buy it for the heavier 6×6 posts and the curved gussets. Buy the Beaumont if the price is the point.

Not in this catalogue. The nearest motorized footprints are 13×13 from PergoLux, Hansø and BON, and Erommy’s 12×16. See motorized pergolas.
Backyard Discovery states five years on the Beaumont and lists its exclusions. Mirador states four years plus one on registration for the Infinite, and its warranty document says five. Yardistry gives one year, with five on the lumber. Erommy gives one year from shipment.
