Ten by twelve is the size most brands build for, so the question is not who sells one but which roof you want. Most kits here have a louvered roof, nearly all of them hand-cranked, and the rest split between cedar slats and sliding canopies. A louvered roof costs roughly three to four times an open cedar frame at this size, and that gap is the whole decision.
