Backyard Discovery Patio Structures: "Backyard Discovery warrants this patio product to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase." Product pages state "Industry-Leading Warranty: 5-year warranty for added peace of mind" and carry a "5 Year Warranty" badge. Excludes: installation not in accordance with the Assembly Instructions, labor for inspection or replacement, cosmetic defects including rusting and colour fading, acts of nature, and improper installation on uneven or soft ground. Applies to the original owner and registrant; non-transferable.
