Hansø takes 40% off its Pro+ pergola for April delivery: $3,672 for the 10×10

The Early Bird is the only Hansø deal on the 10×10 Pro+ that undercuts Pergolux's manual Pergola 4, but its free installation voucher only works with Hansø's own installers.

Hansø's Early Bird pergola sale puts the 10×10 Pro+ at $3,672, which is $612 under Hansø's other sale on the same kit and the lowest price The Pergola Kit has recorded for the 10×10 Pro+. The catch is time: the kit arrives in early April, and Hansø's cancellation policy takes at least 15% of the order if you back out after the first week.

That makes it a good price for someone who won't build before spring and is sure about the kit. If you want it sooner, the 30% sale ships in about three months instead of six, and Pergolux's manual Pergola 4 costs less than that deal with delivery included.

Bar chart of the delivered price of a 10-by-10-foot manual louvered pergola: Hansø Early Bird $4,067 arriving early April 2027, Pergolux Pergola 4 $4,218 with free delivery, Hansø 30% sale $4,679 shipping in 12 to 14 weeks

Two Hansø sales on the same kit

Hansø is running two offers on the Pro+, its manual aluminum pergola with a roof of louvers you adjust with a crank:

  • Early Bird: 40% off, with a free electric heater, a free 10-year care plan and a free installation voucher
  • Backyard Harvest sale: 30% off, which is $4,284 for the 10×10, shipping in 12 to 14 weeks

Hansø's product pages put shipping at $395 per order. The Early Bird is also $306 below Hansø's price for the same 10×10 in its September sale. The Horizon smart pergola has the same 40% offer: $4,492.80 for the 10×10.

Only the Early Bird undercuts Pergolux, even with shipping added

The closest like-for-like is Pergolux's manual Pergola 4: a crank-adjusted aluminum louvered kit in the same 10×10 size, on sale now with free delivery. The 30% deal costs more than the Pergola 4 even before shipping, and the Early Bird still costs less after Hansø's shipping is added, as the chart shows.

Pergolux says its kit is rated for stronger wind and heavier snow than Hansø gives for the Pro+, though Pergolux's figures are "up to" and depend on configuration.

The $1,000 voucher only works with Hansø's installers

The Early Bird adds a free heater and a free 10-year ProCheck Care plan, Hansø's yearly video checkups. The installation voucher pays only for Hansø's own installers and has to be booked within 30 days of purchase, so if you build the kit yourself it does nothing for you. Hansø doesn't post an installation price, only a free quote.

The catch: a six-month wait and a one-week window

Hansø's standard policy for every order, not just this sale, is free cancellation within seven days of purchase and a restocking fee of at least 15% of the order value after that. What the Early Bird changes is the wait. Delivery is nearly six months away, so the free window closes long before the pergola arrives, and on this kit 15% is about $551, nearly all of the saving.

Hansø's Early Bird page says "purchase now for guaranteed Early April delivery", while its terms of service say delivery times "are approximate and are not guaranteed." Once the kit is delivered, Hansø's 100-day trial refunds the price minus delivery costs and a 15% fee.

Decide on the 30% deal by Monday

Hansø's 30% sale and Pergolux's sale both end in the early hours of Tuesday, Oct. 20 (Eastern time), so treat Monday as your last day to order either.

The Early Bird runs a week longer, ending at 3 a.m. Eastern on Oct. 27. If you're sure of the Pro+ and can wait for spring, you have that extra week to decide.

How we got this: from Hansø's and Pergolux's own product pages, a Hansø cart check, Hansø's refund policy and terms, and The Pergola Kit's Sept. 24 price records. Prices are before tax. Methodology.
