Sunjoy replaces defective merchandise or parts at its option on proof of purchase; transport, delivery and any third-party assembly or disassembly costs remain the purchaser's. Excludes commercial, contract and other non-residential use, and damage from acts of nature, vandalism or misuse. Surface oxidation of steel components where the protective coating has been scratched is not treated as a defect.
