1 year from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser, against defects in workmanship and materials, for personal residential use. Sunjoy replaces defective merchandise or parts at its option on proof of purchase; transport, delivery and any third-party assembly or disassembly costs remain the purchaser's. Excludes commercial, contract and other non-residential use, and damage from acts of nature, vandalism or misuse. Surface oxidation of steel components where the protective coating has been scratched is not treated as a defect.
